Deposition Preparation Service Prove Successful
As experts in the use of the AMA Guidelines to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment, 5th Edition and previous additions PMG physicians have often been requested by all parties to assist in their preparation for the taking of an individuals deposition, primarily the physician evaluating and preparing ratings or the claimant with respect to the alleged injury and its effects upon their life and Activities of Daily Living.
PMG physicians can assist you and your clients in preparing for a deposition in several ways:
- By reviewing all pertinent reports and/or records to identify the deficiencies of the reports and the deficiencies of the rating provided in those reports.
- Determine the accuracy or inadequacy of a physician’s diagnoses.
- Highlighting inconsistencies within a report or interview.
- Assist you in preparing the questions that will be asked to the deponent, anticipating the potential responses and the follow up questions you would ask.
- Provide to you the appropriate authorities and detailed analysis of the appropriate chapters including tables and charts, etc from the AMA Guides applicable to the injury or injuries rated.
In California fees for this service are billed under the MLFS (medical legal fee schedule).
